Set alerts in the Gen I app
Choose your voltage and amp alerts, and stop false “outside limits” alerts.

The Power WatchDog app (red and white icon) can alert you when voltage or amps go outside the limits you set. Go to Settings → Set Device.
Recommended settings
- Max volts: 128 V
- Min volts: 113 V
- Max amps: your RV’s rating (30 or 50), or a few amps below so you’re warned before the pedestal breaker trips.
Getting “outside current limits” alerts?
The one people miss is the kilowatt-hours limit. Set it to 999, or tap Reset energy to start counting from zero.
Alerts only reach your phone while you’re in Bluetooth range. Otherwise, check the lights on the unit.
