Register your product and find the serial number
Register online, in the app, or by mail. Here's where the serial is.
Register any of these three ways:
- Online at warranty.powerwatchdog.com
- In the app (Gen II and Power Center)
- Mail in the warranty card from the box
Finding the serial on Gen II
The serial number is also the unit ID. It starts with WD_ and is printed on the back of the unit, on a sticker on the fold-out manual, and on the box.
When you enter it on the registration form, leave out the underscores.

On the back of the unit.
Finding the serial on the Power Center
Just below the RV inlet receptacle.
Got a warranty replacement?
Register it again. Use the original purchase details and change only the serial number.
