The security code email didn't arrive
Check spam. The 60-second timer doesn't cancel your code.
- Check spam and junk. Email providers often filter these codes.
- Give it a few minutes. Gmail, Yahoo and AOL usually deliver right away. Work and high-security email can be slower.
“The 60-second timer has timed out”
The timer only stops you from asking for codes too quickly. Your code is still valid. If you requested more than one, use the newest code.
We only email you during sign-up. You won’t get marketing email from the app.
