Modifying a portable unit voids the warranty. Instead, use our internal wiring kit, which lets you mount a portable unit inside the coach without modifying it. Or buy a hardwired model.

Portable units must hang vertically to stay weatherproof. Hardwired units mounted inside can face any direction.
